Group Skiing Day at Alta, April 2008

Skiing

Twenty years ago, we started a tradition of group skiing, sometime during the Christmas season, instead of the traditional Christmas Party. Many of our students have never skied before and we felt a responsibility to introduce them to the joys of skiing. It has been very rewarding to see our students skiing effortlessly on "blue" runs after only two seasons! Starting ten years ago we changed our Christmas skiing date to February or March, hoping for better weather than we usually get in January.
