Mac: While holding the Option key down, click on the podcast file you wish to download. Some browsers like Safari might add a .txt extension to the file name. You need to delete that extension; the correct file extension is .m4a.
PC: Right-Click on the podcast file you wish to download.
Mac & PC: These are enhanced podcasts in (.m4a files) and can be played on a Mac or PC using iTunes or QuickTime Player (these programs can be downloded for free from the Apple.com website). With both programs you can enlarge the slide image and select which chapter (i.e.- specific slide) you want to view and listen to.
If you use iTunes, it considers these files to be Audiobooks. If you have iTunes on your computer, just double click on the podcast file you downloaded and it should automatically start iTunes. You can enlarge the slide by double-clicking on the image.
If you want to use QuickTime Player to view the slides, you need to open QuickTime Player, then use "Open File" under the "File" menu to open the podcast.
You can also listen to and view the podcast on an iPod that has photo or video viewing capability. If you stop the podcast on your iPod, it is bookmarked so you can return to the same place when you restart the podcast. If your iPod doesn't have photo/video capability, you can still listen to the podcast.
